VideoLogix warrants hardware networking products to the original purchaser to be free from defects in material or workmanship under normal use for two (2) years from the date of purchase, when used within the operating limits set forth in this Product User Guide.
VideoLogix agrees under this warranty, to repair or replace it with a new or reconditioned product at no additional charge. Replacement products are warranted for the balance of the original warranty time period.
If the product proves defective during the warranty period, call VideoLogix technical Support in order to obtain a Return Materials Authorization number. VideoLogix will provide Cross Shipment Support for warranty replacement of defective units during the warranty period. Customers shall be held responsible for shipping and handling charges incurred in returning the product to VideoLogix. VideoLogix (as opposed the customer) will cover the cost of shipment of the replacement product provided a warranty defect has occurred.
Our hardware warranty does not cover any product, which has been subject to neglect, unreasonable use, accident, and violation of operating instruction or any product that has been repaired or modified by an unauthorized service agent.
VideoLogix warrants that commencing from the date of delivery to the Customer for a period of two (2) years the product Firmware (Software) will substantially conform to its published specifications. The Customer’s sole and exclusive remedy and the entire liability of VideoLogix under this limited warranty will be, at VideoLogix’s option; firmware replacement, or firmware upgrade repair. In no event does VideoLogix warrant that the Software is error free or that the Customer will be able to operate the Software without problems or interruptions.
IN NO EVENT SHALL VIDEOLOGIX’S LIABILITY EXCEED THE PRICE PAID FOR THE PRODUCT FROM DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES RESULTING FROM THE USE OF THE PRODUCT, ITS SOFTWARE, OR ITS DOCUMENTATION.
VideoLogix makes no warranty or representation, expressed, implied, or statutory, with respect to its products, its software, or the contents or use of its documentation, and specifically disclaims its quality, performance, merchantability, or fitness for any particular purpose. Without limiting the foregoing, in no event shall VideoLogix or its suppliers be liable to the Customer for any incidental, special, punitive, exemplary or consequential damages experienced by either the Customer or a third party (including, but not limited to, loss of data or information, loss of profits, or loss of use). VideoLogix reserves the right to revise or update its products, software, or documentation without obligation to notify any individual or entity.
